摘  要:根据安全人性需求理论对利益冲突群体形成的原因进行了分析,在安全人性理论的基础上揭示了利益冲突群体安全人性的本质。通过统计分析我国近14年发生的群体性事件,得出了我国群体性事件的特点、矛盾主体、原因。运用蝴蝶突变理论对群体性事件发生的原因进行分析,构建了群体性事件发生的过程机理模型,提出了应对群体性事件发生的思路,总结出利益冲突群体安全人性的应用领域。The present paper takes it as its goal to make a probe to the approaches to safety humanity and its potential fragilities of the social conflicts among the interest groups(CIGS)based on the safety humanity theory in hoping to enrich the theory of safety humanity and prevent unhealthy group events(GEs).For this purpose,first of all,we have made an analysis of the reasons for CIGs constitution on the theory of the safety humanity needs.As is known to all,there exists intense competition between CIGs,which can not only promote new technology generation and progress,but also help to improve the working conditions and human environment,oriented to up-to-dating the main goals of social development.In spite of this,we would like to put forward the fragilities of CIGs,leading to breaking out or coming out of the GEs if the government or the dominant social forces fail to pay enough attention to or take effective measures to protect the benefits of the related interest groups or violate their respective benefits or profits.Furthermore,social safety and security incidents or accidents may also come about in case of loose control or arbitrary management.For example,we have collected and made statistical analysis of GEs in the last 14 years at home,which demonstrates that the period from 2010 to 2012 has to be regarded as that of highly frequency of social GE occurrence,which are mainly characteristic with the regional and organizational tendencies.Among them,most of such events involve the rights for the humanity or income distribution,with main contradictions failing to be treated properly or justly with the GEs involved.At the same time,labor force disputes account for the most part in GEs among over-hundreds or even thousands of workmen and managerial staff members.Besides,some chief GEs in a scale of thousands of people results from the environment-pollution or damaging issues.Seeing and analyzing all the above mentioned facts,we have finally proposed and developed a process mechanism model on properly dealing w
