平颤益髓方治疗帕金森病髓海不足证合并轻度认知功能损伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察平颤益髓方治疗帕金森病髓海不足证合并轻度认知功能损伤(PD-MCI)的临床疗效。方法将103例PD-MCI患者随机分为对照组与中药组,对照组给予西医基础治疗,中药组在西医基础治疗上加用平颤益髓方,连续治疗36周。分别在治疗前后进行帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)疗效评估。结果治疗后,中药组UPDRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Mo CA及MMSE评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Mo CA量表的注意力、抽象能力、延迟回忆、定向力等因子评分以及MMSE量表的定向能力、记忆能力、注意力、回忆能力等因子评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论西药基础治疗加用平颤益髓方能有效改善PD-MCI患者的运动症状及认知功能障碍。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingchan Yisui Fang on Parkinson＇s disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment（ PD-MCI） of type of marrow sea deficiency. Methods The patients with Parkinson ＇s disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment（ PD-MCI） of type of marrow sea deficiency（ n = 103） were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group（ CM group）,and control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine and CM group was additionally given Pingchan Yisui Fang for 36 weeks. The curative effect was reviewed by using Unified Parkinson ＇s Disease Rating Scale（ UPDRS）,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale（ Mo CA） and Minimum Mental State Examination（ MMSE） before and after treatment. Results The scores of UPDRSwere significantly lower（ P〈 0. 05）,and scores of Mo CA and MMSE were significantly higher（ P〈 0. 01） in CM group than those in control group after treatment. The factor scores of attention,abstract ability,delayed recall and orientation in Mo CA,and orientation,memory ability,attention and recall ability in MMSE were significantly higher in CM group than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01） after treatment. Conclusion Pingchan Yisui Fang can effectively relieve motor symptoms and cognitive disorder on the base of standardized treatment of Western medicine in patients with PD-MCI.
