摘　　要：对延安市啦啦操实验学校发展现状及对策进行研究。以延安市四所啦啦操实验学校为例,通过采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法等研究方法,对啦啦操的引入学校进行实践研究,旨在帮助延安市啦啦操实验学校能引进与时俱进的新兴项目,且在往后学校开展啦啦操运动等方面提供参考,从而丰富校园文化生活,真正做到"一校一品","一校一特"。This paper studies the present situation and countermeasure of the Cheerleading experimental school in the city of Yan＇an. Taking the four experimental schools in Yan＇an city as an example ,this paper studies the introduction of the cheerleaders by literature, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics and designed to help cheerleadering experimental schools can introduce new projects with the times. This study can be used to other schools to carry out cheerleaders and other aspects of the reference, so as to enrich the campus cultural life, achieved that ＂a school has a quality＂ and ＂a school has a special＂
