摘  要:为了研究咪达唑仑对小型猪各脑区氨基酸类神经递质的影响,探讨咪达唑仑的中枢麻醉机制,将20只小型猪随机分为4组,分别为对照组、诱导组、麻醉组和恢复组。连续观察小型猪行为学变化,并于相应时间点采取脑组织,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测天冬氨酸(ASP)、谷氨酸(GLU)、甘氨酸(GLY)、氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。结果显示,咪达唑仑的麻醉机制与抑制脑干内兴奋性神经递质释放和促进大脑和小脑内抑制性神经递质释放相关。In this study,we investigated the effects of midazolam on amino acid neurotransmitter in different encephalic regions of miniature pigs , and the anesthetic mechanism of midazolam on the central nervous system. 20 miniature pigs were divided randomly into 4 groups : control group, inducing group maintenance of anesthesia group, and recovery - from - anesthesia group, and In different anesthetic periods, the content of amino acid neurotransmitters in different encephallc regions of miniature pigs was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results indicate that the anesthetic mechanism of midazolam may be related with the inhibition excitatory neurotransmitter release of brain stem and promote inhibitory neurotransmitter release of brain and cere-bellum.
