四君子散对家兔生长性能和部分免疫学指标的影响

摘　　要：选择36只45日龄新西兰断奶仔兔,研究日粮中添加不同含量的中药四君子散对生长性能及其免疫功能的影响,设高剂量5%、中剂量3%、低剂量1%组、空白对照组。饲喂时间为一个月,从第1天开始进行体重称量,每10天进行一次体重采集;饲喂结束对家兔无菌采血,进行外周血淋巴细胞增殖试验,同时处死家兔解剖后称取免疫器官重量。结果显示,四君子散高、中剂量组可显著促进外周血淋巴细胞的增殖。表明了四君子散对家兔免疫功能有促进作用。To study on the impact of sijunzi powder on the growth performance and immune function,36 45-day-old New Zeal- and weaned rabbits were randomly assigned to high, medium and low dose groups and blank control group,and 5% ,3% ,and 1% of S~/unz/Powder added in the basic diet. The experimental time was one month,and the rabbits were weighed every 10 days Blood sam- pled were couected to carry out peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation test at the last day of the experiment ,and at the same time, the immune organs were weighed. The resuhs showed that the effect of Sijunzi Powder on the production performance of rabbits was not obvious, but the middle dose group weight gain was increased by 0.74%, and the feed conversion ratio was decreased by 0.80%. We also found that it improved the immune organ index of rabbit sacculus rotundus and spleen, but there was no significant. The high dose group significance promoted the peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation. It is concluded that the Sijunzi Powder has a promo-ting effect on the immune function of rabbits.
