摘 要:为了解2014-2016年托克逊县部分地区牛环形泰勒虫病的感染情况,采用血液涂片法对托克逊县4个乡疑似牛环形泰勒虫的835例进行病原学检测,并分析各年龄段和不同地区牛环形泰勒虫的感染情况。结果表明,该疫区2014-2016年牛环形泰勒虫阳性率为49.46%(413835);4个乡均不同程度感染牛环形泰勒虫,其中伊拉湖乡牛环形泰勒虫阳性率最高,为53.80%(99/184)。不同年龄段牛环形泰勒虫感染无显著性差异。调查结果为托克逊地区环形泰勒虫病的防控提供了参考。Theileria annulata is an acute and seasonal hemozoon tick-borne disease. In order to investigate the infection of Theileria annulata in cattle in Toksun during 2014 to 2016,in this study,T. annulata was detected in clinical cases( n = 835) at four villages of Toksun by blood smear method and the epidemic situation was analyzed based on different ages and areas. The results showed that infection rate of T.annulata was 49. 46%( 412/835) from 2014 to 2016. There was a significant difference in T. annulata infection among four villages,and the highest infection rate occurred in Iraq village and was up to 53. 80%( 99/184). The statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in T. annulata infection at different ages. The experimental data can provide a reference for control of T. annulata infection in Toksun.
