摘 要:以儿茶、黄芪、黄柏、血竭、乳香、没药6味中药提取物为主要成分制成复方儿茶凝胶剂,研究其对犬感染创的治疗效果。12只试验犬随机分为4组,即空白对照组,磺胺嘧啶锌组(西药组),高、低剂量复方儿茶凝胶剂组(高剂量组、低剂量组),每组3只犬,每只犬8个创面。试验犬造模成功后,分别使用上述药物治疗,每天1次,连续治疗14 d。在用药第3、7、14天分别对伤口局部组织采样,进行组织学观察。结果表明,高剂量组、西药组创面面积愈合率、体积愈合率、创面肉芽出现时间和愈合时间均极显著优于空白对照组(P<0.01);组织学结果表明,用药早期高剂量组和西药对照组出现大量巨噬细胞聚集,随后较空白对照组出现更多的毛细血管、成纤维细胞和肉芽组织。高剂量组和西药对照组结果差异不显著。说明高剂量复方儿茶凝胶可以通过抗感染、促进再上皮化、成纤维细胞增殖、胶原沉积和血管新生来加速创口愈合。The compound catechu gel is made of extractions of six herbs including Catechu,Astragali,Dragon’ s Blood,Phellodendron,Frankincense and Myrrh. To estimate the treatment effect of the gel on infectious wounds,twelve dogs were divided into four groups randomly:the control group,the chemical drug group( treated with sulfadiazine zinc),the high-dose and low-dose groups( treated with compound catechual gel),3 dogs in each group with 8 wounds on each dog. After the infectious wounds were made successfully,these drugs were separately used in each group once a day for fourteen days consecutively. The biopsies on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day were histologically assessed.The results showed that the high-dose group and the chemical drug group had higher wound contraction percentage and took shorter time for healing in comparison to the control group( P〈0. 01). In the early period of the treatment,the high-dose group and the chemical drug group recruited more macrophages and then emerged more neovascularization,myofibroblast and granulation compared to the control group according to the histological assessment. There was no statistically significant difference between the high-dose group and the chemical drug group. The findings indicated that high-dose compound catechual gel can significantly promote wound healing by anti-infection and accelerating re-epithelialization,neovascularization,myofibroblast proliferation and collagen discoloration.
