摘　　要：本文介绍了NLRP(Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain,Leucine rich Repeat and Pyrin domain containing)基因家族中与生殖相关基因:NLRP2、NLRP4、NLRP5、NLRP7、NLRP9和NLRP14,在哺乳动物的精子发生、卵子发生和早期胚胎中表达,并在动物生殖系统中发挥的关键性作用,展望了NLRP生殖相关基因的研究方向。This article describes NLRP（ Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain,Leucine rich Repeat and Pyrin domain containing）reproduction related genes： NLRP2,NLRP4,NLRP5,NLRP7,NLRP9 and NLRP14. These genes are primarily expressed in spermatogenesis,oogenesis and early embryo development and play key roles in the reproductive system in mammals. New insight into NLRP reproduction-related genes was also discussed.
