两色金鸡菊的不同方法提取液对大鼠抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：观察两色金鸡菊不同提取方法提取液对运动大鼠体内抗氧化指标的影响.通过每日灌胃给药不同两色金鸡菊提取液35 d,最后一日进行一次游泳力竭训练,测定运动前后大鼠体内抗氧化指标的变化.结果显示两色金鸡菊水提液纠正静态和运动GSH-PX和MDA水平作用优于醇提液,而两色金鸡菊醇提液改善SOD和T-AOC水平的作用优于水提液,整体数据综合显示两色金鸡菊水提液的抗氧化、促进运动机能作用更为显著.The effect of Coreopsis tinctoria extract solution by different extraction methods on antioxidant capacity of exercised rats was investigated. The rats were garaged with Coreopsis tinctoria extract solution by different extraction methods for 35 days, and were pushed to swim exhaustively last day, the antioxidant indicators were tested before and after the exercising. The study shows that the Coreopsis tinctoria aqueous extract has a better effect than alcohol extract of promoting the lever of GSH-PX and MDA, and the Coreopsis tinctoria alcohol extract had better effect of promoting SOD and T-AOC. The data shows that the Coreopsis tinctoria aqueous extract has a better effect of elevating the antioxidant capacity and improving the exercise ability of body.
