慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者应用精细化护理干预的临床研究及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探究精细化护理干预对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者临床效果及预后的影响。方法选取134例在本院进行药物保留灌肠治疗的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组患者则在常规护理基础上给予精细化护理干预。就2组患者的预后恢复情况、生活质量水平以及相关不良反应的发生情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的体质量增加幅度高于对照组,大便成形时间以及住院时间则低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的各项生活质量评分水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗20 d,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理期间,观察组的各项不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预的实施,能够在帮助慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者快速建立正常的肠道功能,减少相关不良反应的发生,患者预后的生活质量得到显著改善,对于改善临床效果和预后恢复均能够发挥积极作用。Objective To research the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on clinical effect and prognosis of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 134 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis treated by retention enema in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention.The prognosis, quality of life and the occurrence of related adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The weight gain degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the stool forming time and hospitalization time were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.After 20 days of treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher, the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention can help patients with chronic ulcerative colitis to quickly establish the normal intestinal function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients after treatment, and enhance the clinical effect and prognosis.
