摘 要:采用规范法对商洛某工程拟应用的扣件式钢管模板高支撑体系进行施工设计和验算,并运用脚手架半刚性节点计算方法分析其整体稳定性,提出安全储备因数。结果表明:该扣件式钢管模板高支撑体系的木模板、主次龙骨、顶托梁和梁模板的抗弯强度、挠度满足规定设计要求,立杆稳定性、立杆强度、穿梁螺栓、连墙件稳定性、立杆基础满足规定设计要求,经过对比分析表明采用规范法计算整体稳定性偏于保守,安全储备因数比半刚性节点法计算结果增大1.06倍,在一般性的脚手架支撑体系中,完全可以采用半刚性节点法计算,满足施工要求。The design and verification of the high support system of the fastener type steel pipe template which has been applied to the project of Shangluo are carried out by the standard method. The stability of the overall stability of the scaffold semi-rigid joint is analyzed and the safe reserve factor is proposed. The results show that the flexural strength and deflection of the wood template,main keel,roof beam and beam formwork of the high-support system of the fastener-type steel tube template could meet the design requirements,the stability and the strength of the pole,the stability and the foundation of the wall are in accordance with the specified design requirements. After comparison and analysis,it is shown that the overall stability is conservative and the safety reserve factor is 1. 06 times higher than that of the semi-rigid nodal method.
