摘　　要：党风是一个党的风貌和风格的表现。邓小平高度重视党风建设,形成了深刻而丰富的党风建设思想。新时期面对党内存在的新问题,习近平总书记不仅继承邓小平的党风建设思想,而且从新形势、新情况出发,创新发展了邓小平党风建设理论。Party＇s work style is a party＇s style and style of expression. Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to the construction of the party＇s work style, forming a series of profound and rich ideas of building the party＇s work style. In the new period, in the face of the problems existing in the party, General Secretary Xi Jinping not only inherited Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of party＇s work style construction, but also from the new situation and new situation, developed Deng Xiaoping＇s theory of party＇s work style.
