摘 要:对比研究了两种有机羧酸盐类成核剂HPN-A和GPN-B对煤基抗冲聚丙烯2500H的改性,探讨了不同添加量对煤基抗冲聚丙烯2500H结晶性能、力学性能、相形态等性能的影响。结果表明,和成核剂HPN-A相比,成核剂GPN-B在改善聚丙烯2500H结晶性能,提高聚丙烯2500H拉伸屈服应力、断裂拉伸应变、弯曲应力、弯曲模量方面更优;当GPN-B的添加量为600mg/kg时,聚丙烯的结晶性能和刚性最好。对于乙丙橡胶粒子大小和形态分布、熔融指数、洛氏硬度、黄色指数等性能,成核剂HPN-A和GPN-B对聚丙烯的影响均不大。The modification of coal-based impact polypropylene(PP) 2500H by two organic carboxylate nuclea- ting agents HPN-A and GPN-B were investigated, and the effect of different adding amount on crystallization proper- ty, mechanical property and phase morphology of coal-based impact PP2500H were studied. The results showed that comparing with nucleating agent HPN-A, the PP samples which added with nucleating agent GPN-B possessed better crystallization property, tensile strength, tensile strain at break, flexural strength and flexural modulus. When the adding amount of GPN-B was 600mg/kg, the crystallization property and stiffness of sample were best. On the ethyl- ene-propylene rubber particle size and distribution, MFI, Rockwell hardness and yellow index of PP samples, the nu- cleating agents HPN-A and GPN-B both had little effect.
