摘  要:以丙烯酸高碳酯、苯乙烯和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,通过自由基引发聚合,制备了原油降凝剂,并对其降凝性能进行了评价。最佳合成条件为:单体物质的量之比为1∶1∶2,引发剂加量为0.5%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为6h。While adding depressant in the crude oil, the conveying efficiency of oil can be improved. Using a- crylic acid high carbon ester, styrene and malefic anhydride, crude oil pour point depressants was prepared by radi- cal polymerization. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:molar ratio of malefic anhydride/ammonium chloride was 1 : 1 : 2, addition amount of initiator was 0. 5 % , reaction tempera- ture was 80℃, and reaction time was 6h.
