Analysis on development status of medical science based projects of sci-tech novelty

摘　　要：目的通过对科技查新项目的分析,评估医药卫生科研现状,为完善科研管理和科技查新提供参考依据。方法对湖北省医学情报所2011-2015年完成的科技查新项目进行分类统计分析。结果 954项查新项目中,成果鉴定查新多于立项查新;国外查新比例较大,但立项查新的国内外比例明显低于成果鉴定;学科分类以临床医学为主,县区级单位较少,分布不均衡。结论重视立项查新,把好科研"入口"关;注重科研学科的均衡发展,加强基层医疗卫生机构的科研引导和服务。Objective To evaluate development status of medical science through the analysis of projects of sci-tech novelty and provide reference for improving management of scientific research and sci-tech novelty. Methods The sci-tech novelty assessment items between 2011 and 2015 of institute of medical information in Hubei province were analyzed by statistical a- nalysis. Results 954 novelty search items, novelty search for scientific research achievement were more than research for project establishment. Domestic and foreign novelty search took high proportion, but the proportion of domestic and foreign projects was significantly lower than the results of the identification of the project. The main kinds of discipline were clinical medicine. County level units were weak, the distributionn was unbalanced. Conclusion It is necessary to improve cognition about novelty search of researchers and strengthen the entrance of scientific research. It should pay attention to the balanced development of subject research, as well as strengthening guidance and service of science and research in primary medical organization.
