摘　　要：目的了解北仑区青少年吸烟相关知、信、行水平,为开展学生控烟教育和干预提供科学依据和指导。方法2016年对北仑区初中二年级486名学生进行了控烟相关知识、态度、行为情况调查。结果北仑区初中生吸烟相关知识知晓率为64.05%,态度和信念正向率为84.40%,尝试吸烟率为14.20%,其中男生尝试吸烟率15.21%,女生尝试吸烟率13.00%,一周内二手烟暴露率51.23%。结论应对北仑区初中生扩大烟草相关健康知识的传播内容,控制和引导青少年拒绝吸第一支烟,学校、家庭和社会应多部门联合干预,做好青少年的控烟工作。Objective To understand the status smoking related knowledge, attitude and behavior among junior students in Beilun District, to provide scientific basis and guidance for developing student tobacco control education and intervention. Methods In 2016,a survey of smoking related knowledge,attitude and behavior of 486 students in second grade in junior middle school in Beilun district was conducted. Result The rate of smoking related knowledge awareness in junior high school students was 64.05% ,the rate of positive attitude and belief was 84.40% and the rate of attempting smoking was 14. 20% , the rate of male attempting smoking was 15.21% , the rate of girls attempting smoking was 13 % , the rate of exposure to secondhand smoke with in a week was 51.23%. Conclusion It is necessary to deal with the junior middle school students in Beilun city to expand the dissemination of the contents of tobacco related health knowledge, and guide young people to control the first cigarette, multi sectoral joint intervention of school, family and society should control adolescent smoking.
