摘　　要：为了认识我国健康科普研究的现状,本文从多角度分析我国1996—2015年的健康科普研究的文献,发现不足并提出合理建议,探讨未来的发展方向。结果表明,我国健康科普研究仍然处于初级阶段,存在"起步晚、实践少、发展慢"的问题;健康科普研究中社区宣传关注较多,运用新媒体的健康科普研究发展迅速,而期刊等传统媒体日益衰败;研究的领域存在"重点疾病多,非重点疾病少;慢性病多,非慢性病少;老年儿童多,青中年少"的"三多三少"局面。因此,我们应当重视互联网的研究发展,推进新媒体健康科普研究发展;针对健康领域社会热点展开研究,指导科普实践;关注重点疾病,加强精准健康科普研究;拓展覆盖领域,加大健康科普研究广度。In order to better understand the status quo of China's health popularization research,find out problems,put forward good suggestions,and explore the future development direction of the domestic health popularization research,the paper conducts an analysis of literature and documents on health popularization research from 1996 to 2015 and analyzes it from multiple perspectives. The result indicates that the research on health popularization research in China is still in its infant stage,there exist a number of problems such as less practice,later start,and slower development. Health popularization research place more emphasis on community publicity. The development of health popularization by means of new media is going rapid,while traditional media such as periodical and magazines are declining day by day;there remains'three more and three less'phenomenon in the research of health popularization which focuses more on prioritized diseases and less on less prioritized disease,more on chronic diseases and less on acute diseases,and more on the older and less on adults. Therefore,we should attach great importance to the Internet construction of health popularizationresearch,standardize the research of new media,pay attention to the research of social hot issues on health,the aim of such doing is to guide the direction of public opinions;concern about the key diseases,promote the research of'accurate and down-to earth'popularization in the field of health, expand the coverage of health popularization research,and promote the depth of health popularization research.
