固定矫治中酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体与氟化钠预防牙釉质脱矿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的为了提高固定矫治的治疗效果,研究和探讨酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体与氟化钠在预防牙釉质脱矿中的应用价值与意义。方法按照随机原则要求从2014-05—2016-05间来南方医科大学附属广州花都区人民医院口腔科门诊实施固定矫治治疗的患者中选取63例作为研究对象并通过抽签的方法将其分为酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体组(护牙素组、A组)、氟化钠组(B组)及对照组(C组)3组,三组均采用相同型号托槽实施直丝弓固定矫治技术治疗,其中A组和B组在戴入即刻以及戴入后应用同型正畸牙刷分别采取含酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体的护牙素及氟化钠进行刷牙和处理,C组则应用常规含氟牙膏刷牙且未采取特殊的预防措施,比较三组不同治疗措施牙齿唇颊面釉质脱矿情况差异。结果研究数据显示,三组牙釉质脱矿率与时间呈正比关系,且A组及B组脱矿指数明显低于C组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规进行口腔卫生措施的基础上辅以酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(护牙素)及氟化钠(多乐氟)均能够有效的预防因固定矫治而引发的牙釉质脱矿,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of fixed orthodontic treatment,the value and significance of casein phosphopeptide calcium phosphate complex and sodium fluoride in prevention of enamel demineralization were studied and discussed.Methods According to the random principle of requirement to Outpatient Department of Stomatology in the hospital from May,2014 to May,2016,fixed orthodontic patients were selected from 63 cases as the research object and through the method of drawing lots,they were divided into casein phosphopeptide calcium phosphate composite group（ tooth mousse group,A group） and sodium fluoride group（ B group） and control group the 3 group（ C group）. Three groups were treated with the same type of bracket implement straight wire fixed appliance treatment,the A group and B group in wearing and wear immediately after the application of the same type of orthodontic tooth toothbrush were taken with casein phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate complexes of pigment and sodium fluoride for brushing and processing,and C group used fluoride toothpaste and did not take special precautions. Different treatments of teeth of buccal labial surface demineralization of three groups were compared. Results The data showed that the enamel demineralization rate of three groups was proportional to time,and the demineralization index of A group and B group was significantly lower than that of C group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Calcium phosphate and casein phosphopeptide complexes based on conventional oral hygiene measures（ tooth mousse） and sodium fluoride（ Toro fluorine） can effectively prevent fixed appliance caused by demineralization of enamel. The effect is significant,and it is worthy of promotion.
