研究型医院军民融合式转化医学体系构建

摘　　要：转化医学和研究型医院建设,是医学研究和医院建设与管理的新理念、新模式,技术创新是其本质特征和核心。军医大学附属医院肩负平时保健康和战时保打赢的双重职能任务,在军民融合发展战略背景下,正确把握医院建设模式和技术创新组织范式的革新,构建立足战场、服务社会的转化医学技术创新体系,是探索军民融合模式下实施创新驱动发展战略的有益实践。Translational medicine and the construction of research-oriented hospital is a new concept and new model of medical research and hospital construction and management,and technological innovation is the core and essential characteristic. Affiliated hospitals of military universities bear dual tasks of usual health care and wartime battle in the context of military and civilian integration development strategy. How to implement hospital construction and technological innovation to build a translational medicine innovation system based on battlefield and social service is a beneficial practice to explore innovation-driven development strategy in light of military and civilian integration.
