摘　　要：目的了解海军某部官兵的健康风险状况,为管理部门科学制定卫生政策、有效实施健康干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,2014年对海军某部1 634名官兵进行问卷调查。结果 11个主要健康危险因素中,海军某部官兵发生率超过50%的有6个,包括健康关注度低、不合理膳食、压力大、酒精摄入、吸烟、睡眠质量差。调查对象处于低健康危险组的占18.7%,中健康危险组的占41.7%,高健康危险组的占39.5%。调查对象健康风险高危人群比例为81.2%。男性、已婚人员、26岁以上人员、军龄超过5年人员以及干部、士官是发生高危健康风险状况的重点人群。结论海军某部官兵健康危险因素发生率高,健康风险高危人群比例高。为维护和促进健康水平,应大力开展健康教育,科学实施健康管理,积极改善支撑条件。Objective To investigate health risks of one naval unit in order to provide reference to health management institutions for policy development and health interventions. Methods We sampled a total of 1634 soldiers from one naval unit for the questionnaire survey by the stratified and cluster random sampling method in2014. Results The incidence of 6 of the 11 health risk factors,including low health awareness,unreasonable diet,stress,drinking,smoking,and poor sleep quality,was more than 50%. Among people surveyed,there were18. 7% in the low-risk group,41. 7% in the medium-risk group and 39. 5% in the high-risk group. High-risk population accounted for 81. 2%. Focus groups were people who were males,married,more than 26 years old,more than 5 years of military service,officers and non-conscripts. Conclusion There are many health risk factors in the naval unit. Meanwhile,the proportion of high-risk population is high. To maintain and promote health of naval forces,we should carry out health education vigorously,implement scientific health management,and improve supporting conditions.
