摘  要:针对混凝土搅拌运输车在运输预拌混凝土过程中容易出现混凝土离析的现象,对预拌混凝土的特性和搅拌车搅拌筒的搅拌原理进行分析,得出对搅拌车搅动性能的部分影响因素。从优化搅拌叶片形式的技术角度入手,提出了新的T形叶片,即在I形叶片的顶部加焊搅拌叶片,以加强对混凝土的推送、提升、强制搅拌等能力。以T形和I形两种叶片形式为研究对象进行对比试验,结果表明:在相同的试验条件下,T形叶片搅拌筒内的混凝土砂浆、粗骨料等物料的分布相对稳定且均匀,各试样之间的对应物料质量及分布状态更接近,T形叶片搅拌车的搅拌效果优于I形叶片搅拌车。指出T形叶片有助于提高混凝土搅拌运输车的搅动性能,改善混凝土离析现象。In view of concrete segregations often found in concrete mixing truck during the transit it has to analyze characters of the pre-mixture and the mixing drum before finding some factors that affect the truck.To begin with the mixing blade has to be optimized to put forth a T type blade,and an I type with a blade welded to the tip so as to strengthen capability of pushing,lifting,and forced mixing.Tests on the 2 types of blade and found that mixing with the T type blade can produce stable and even distributed mixture of sand and aggregates under same conditions,i.e.,the T blade type is better than the I type operating in the mixing truck,by pointing out that the T type blade is helpful to upgrade the truck's mixing capability,and improve disengagements.
