摘　　要：以冷轧钢板、热镀锌板、铝板为基材,研究了薄膜前处理在不同工艺条件下的水洗效果、线体异常及镀锌板打磨对涂膜质量的影响。并配套两种阴极电泳漆对异常停线后的涂膜质量和电泳后遮盖性进行验证和分析,为其应用提供建议。Using the cold-rolled steel, pure zinc layer steel and aluminum alloy plates as the basis material, the quality of the film on the different condition such as degreasing, line stops and sanding was studied. The quality and the covering power of the film were tested and analyzed, and provided the direction for someone else.
