摘  要:介绍了一种新的实现脱硫废水零排放的系统,这套系统通过抽取3%~5%的高温烟气,经过干燥塔对脱硫废水进行蒸干处理,实现了脱硫废水的零排放。这套系统在浙能长兴电厂300 MW机组上实施并运行,系统已稳定运行4个月,各项检测结果显示:抽取3%~5%的350℃左右的锅炉尾部烟气,可以干燥3~4 t/h的脱硫废水;对锅炉效率影响约为0.3%;干燥塔底灰含水率小于2%,干燥塔没有粘壁,烟气其他各项污染物没有上升,废水中的盐分与飞灰混合后在电除尘除去,电除尘第一电场灰中氯离子有所上升达到0.4%~0.6%,可以作为普通混凝土掺配加以利用。The composition of the desulfurization waste water( WFGD waste water) for coal-fired power plant is complex and harmful,and it's hard to deal with,as the environmental policy is getting more and more strict,it's the time to search for a economic approach to achieve zero liquid discharge of desulfurization water. It introduces a new zero liquid discharge method for desulfurization waste water,at which desulfurization waste water is sprayed into a vertical chamber and dryed by bypasshot flue gas extracted from the main flue. The method adopts rotary spray drying technology which is widely used in food and drug industry. The system have been put into operating successfully for four months. Test results show that 30 ~ 50 thousand m^3/h 350℃ flue gas can dry up to 4 t/h desulfurization waste water; it decreases boiler efficiency 0. 3%. The moisture content of the product ash from the bottom of the drying chamber is less than 2%,there is no droplet contact to chamber wall,and the Chlorine ion in ash from first field of electrostatic precipitator is about 0. 4% ~ 0. 6%,the ash can still be used as mixture of thenormal concrete.
