浅谈精确麻醉平台的建设

摘　　要：快速康复外科、日间手术可减轻患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,加快病床周转,缓解医患矛盾,是当代医学重要发展方向。精确麻醉可有效提高麻醉质量,从而为快速康复外科、日间手术的发展提供基础条件。精确麻醉平台的建设是系统的、全面的、高标准的麻醉科内涵建设,可显著提高麻醉科的临床、教学、科研水平。精确麻醉平台的建设从硬件和软件两方面进行。软件是精确麻醉平台顺畅运行的重要保障,软件平台建设可先于硬件平台的建设。Enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS） and day surgery can relieve patients＇ pain, shorten hospital stay, speed up the turnover rate and relieve doctor-patient contradiction, which are the important development direction of contemporary medicine. Accurate anesthesia can effectively improve the anesthesia quality and provide basic conditions for ERAS and day surgery. The construction of accurate anesthesia platform is a systemic, comprehensive, high-level connotation construction for anesthesiology department, which can remarkably improve clinical performance, teaching and research. The accurate anesthesia platform was constructed from the aspects of hardware and software. Software guaranteed the healthy operation of accurate anesthesia platform, which could be constructed before hardware platform.
