摘　　要：心胸外科监护室收治的大多为心胸外科危重患者,不仅患者疾病种类繁多,病情复杂,还极易出现各种严重并发症;因此,心胸外科监护室护理人员需要面对各种紧急状态和挑战;长此以往,极易出现各种心理问题,最终影响护理人员的护理质量。本研究意在探讨本院心胸外科监护室护理人员常见的心理问题,并据此提出针对性意见,从而改善心胸外科监护室护理人员的心理状态,为建立良好的心胸外科监护室护理管理模式提供一定的参考。The patients admitted to Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit（CICU） were mostly critically ill patients with various diseases and serious complications. Nursing staff in CICU needed to address many emergencies and challenges, and were prone to psychological problem, which might affect nursing quality. This study intended to explore the common psychological problems of nurses in CICU, and to provide targeted advice, so as to improve the psychological status of nursing staff in CICU, and to provide reference for building a good CICU nursing care management model.
