摘 要:研究了单杂质整体水网络设计.首先分析了各子网络之间的关系,指出具有再生单元的用水子系统与废水处理子系统之间的联系是高浓度废水.在此基础上将设计过程分为2步:首先设计包含再生单元用水子网络,得到废水流量和浓度,第2步以废水处理量最小为目标设计废水处理网络.在具有再生单元的子系统中,再生过程模型分为固定杂质移除率(RR)及固定再生后浓度2种形式.对于固定移除率模型问题,首先估算出再生浓度,通过几次迭代即可得到再生子网络设计结果;对于固定再生后浓度模型问题无需迭代,只需1次计算即可得到再生子网络设计结果.最后,通过2个实例来说明本文方法.结果表明,本文方法的设计过程简单且有效.This paper studies the design of total water networks of single contaminant. Based on the analysis of interactions between the sub-networks of the system, the link between water using sub-network involving regeneration unit and effluent treatment sub-network is the high concentration wastewater. A two-stage design procedure was proposed for a de- sign of total water networks. In the first stage, the waterusing sub-network involving regeneration unit was designed, and the concentration and the amounts of effluent streams were obtained. In the second stage, the wastewater treatment sub- network was designed by minimizing unnecessary stream mixing. Regeneration units with models offixed removal ratio (RR) and fixed regeneration concentration can be used in the networks. For the model with fixed RR, the initial concentra- tion(s) of the S,~g should be estimated first. The final design can be obtained after several iterations. For the model of fixed regenerated concentration, the final design can be obtained with one iteration. Two examples were chosen to illustrate the presented method. Results have shown that the design procedure proposed in this paper is simple and effective.
