摘　　要：通过分析当前信号维修的主要矛盾和改革的有利条件,总结武汉铁路局推行维修改革的经验,以设备质量、作业过程受控为目标,介绍以车间组织生产、状态修为主的信号维修模式,并提出后续工作思路。Through analyzing the principal contradictions and the advantages of the reform of railway signal maintenance,the implementation of maintenance system reform in Wuhan railway administration is summed up. Aiming at bringing equipment quality and maintenance operation process under control,a maintenance mode which focuses on production organization at workshop level and on-condition repair is introduced and some thinking about future work is put forward.
