基于加速康复理念的循证护理在腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于加速康复理念的循证护理措施在腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者中的应用效果。方法:将130例行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各65例。对照组采用传统护理措施;研究组基于快速康复理念,针对围术期相关问题给予循证护理措施。观察比较两组康复指标、舒适度指标和并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后平均住院日短于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛和口渴程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于加速康复理念的循证护理措施能提高腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者的舒适度和满意度,促进患者快速康复。Objective：To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing based on accelerated rehabilitation in laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst. Methods ：A total of 130 cases of laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 65 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional nursing measures, while the study group based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation by providing evidence-based nursing measures for perioperative problems. The rehabilitation index, comfort index and !~＂ complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： The study group of postoperative anal exhaust time, ambu- lation time, postoperative hospitalization days were significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of degrees of pain and thirst in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）, and patients^satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The evidence-based nursing measures based on accelerated rehabilitation can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst, and promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients.
