摘  要:[目的]研究海水胁迫对甘蓝种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以4个甘蓝品种为试验材料,研究不同浓度海水对甘蓝种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]不同甘蓝品种对海水胁迫的耐受力不同,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均随海水浓度的增加而降低。海水胁迫对甘蓝幼苗根长有明显的负面影响,1/36的海水浓度会增加甘蓝幼苗的苗高和鲜重,海水浓度在1/3以内甘蓝幼苗的干重均高于对照。[结论]该研究为筛选耐盐甘蓝品种提供理论依据。[ Objeetivel To study influence of sea water stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica oleracea L. [ Method] Using four Brassica oleracea L. varieties as test material, the influence of different proportion sea water on seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica oleracea L. was studied. [ Result] Different varieties had different tolerance to sea water stress, germination rate, germination energy and germination index decreased with increasing sea water proportion. Sea water stress decreased the root length of Brassica oleracea seedling, when the sea water proportion was 1/36, the seedling height and fresh weight increased, when the sea water proportion was under 1/3, the dry weight of seedling were higher than control. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide theoretical basis for the selection of salt-tolerant Brassica oler- aeea L. varieties.
