摘  要:[目的]建立并优化‘火焰’品种彩色马蹄莲组培快繁体系。[方法]以‘火焰’品种彩色马蹄莲的球茎嫩芽为试验材料,对其组织培养无性繁殖体系进行研究。[结果]最佳诱导培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA;最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;植株再生最适合培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+2.0 g/L活性炭。[结论]该研究建立了‘火焰’品种彩色马蹄莲的组培快繁体系,为其快速繁殖及产业化生产提供了技术和理论依据。[ Objective ] To establish and optimze the tissue culture and rapiad progration system of Zantedeschia hybrida ' Flame'. [ Method ] The bulb shoots of Z. hybrida ' Flame' were used as experimental materials to study the system of tissue culture and rapid propagation. [ Result ] The optimal medium for induction was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6 - BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA. The best proliferation medium was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6 - BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA. The most suitable plant regeneration medium was 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L 6 - BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 2.0 g/L activated carbon. [ Conctustion ] The tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Z. hybrida' Flame' was established to provide technology and the theoretical fomdation for its rapid propagation and industrialized production.
