摘 要:目的探讨肾动态显像三通法弹丸注射残留药物对肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)结果的影响。方法对87例肾动态显像患者应用三通注射方法,并在单光子发射型计算机断层仪(single photon emission computer tomography,SPECT)显像后对注射器、注射器加三通进行放射性药物残留测量,分别处理分析GFR值。结果测量注射器加三通药物残留的GFR值明显高于单独测量注射器的GFR(P<0.05)。结论测量注射器加三通放射性残留药物能够准确的计算患者GFR值,对临床诊断治疗提供更精准可靠的数据。Objective To investigate the effect of remainder drug by three-joint bolus injection with renal dynamic imaging on glomerular filtration rate (GFR).Methods Three-joint injection was applied to 87 patients undergoing renal dynamic imaging.The counts of remainder radioactive drugs of syringe, syringe and three-joint were measured after SPECT imaging, analysis and process GFR respectively.Results GFR was higher in the method of measuring remainder radioactive drugs of syringe and three-joint than that with syringe only (P〈0.05).Conclusion Measuring remainder radioactive drugs of syringe and Three-joint can assist GFR accurately, and provide more accurate and reliable data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
