摘 要:在经济全球化浪潮的推动下,科技资源在全球范围内流动和配置,国际合作已成为推动科技创新的重要途径和手段。当前,重大科技活动各环节所需的要素,如人员、技术、项目、资金、设备等,需要国内外之间的相互协调与合作共同,才能实现高效、优势互补。就中国的实践来看,通过国际科技合作,有利于强化创新载体的能力、激发创新载体的动力、促进创新要素有效有序的流动,加快开放型区域创新体系建设,提高科技创新能力,加快区域经济持续健康发展。介绍了江西省科研机构的国际科技合作情况,以及下一步的合作建议,希望对促进科研机构的国际科技合作发挥一定的作用。With the economic globalization and the worldwide flow and distribution of the scientific resources, the international cooperation has become an important approach to promote the scientific innovation. In order to improve the efficiency, organizations at home and abroad inevitably need to coordinate and cooperate with each other on all elements of science activities, such as personnel, technology, project, fund, equipment, etc. In terms of China's practice, international science and tech- nology cooperation would strengthen the ability and stimulate the driving force of innovation carrier, promote the effective and orderly flow of innovative elements, facilitate the construction of open re- gional innovation system, enhance the scientific innovation ability, and finally promote the sustainable and healthy development of economy. This paper introduces the international science and technology cooperation of scientific research institutes in Jiangxi Province and proposes some suggestions, aiming to promote the international S&T cooperation of scientific research institutes.
