摘　　要：石油是我国重要的战略能源,石油与天然气行业的发展直接影响我国的能源安全。"一带一路"主张的提出既为我国油气行业带来了发展契机,同时也对我国油气行业提出了挑战。"一带一路"旨在加强各国之间的互通关系与战略合作,促进共同发展。"一带一路"战略能有效的推动我国与世界上其他国家及组织发展能源战略合作,为我国的油气提供更为丰富的来源,同时也使我国油气行业面临诸多挑战。油气行业作为能源的重要组成部分,只有把握"一带一路"的发展契机,持续加强与"一带一路"沿线国家的油气战略合作,积极优化自身能源结构,开发新技术,同时兼顾"油气输入"与"油气输出",才能使油气行业取得更长足的发展。Oil is an important strategic energy in China, and the development of oil and gas industry has a direct impact on China＇s energy security. ＂The Belt and Road＂ has brought development opportunities for China＇s oil and gas industry, but also a challenge to China＇s oil and gas industry. ＂The Belt and Road＂ aims to advocate interdepartmental relations and strategic cooperation between countries to promote common development. ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy can effectively promote China and other countries and organizations in the world to develop energy strategic cooperation, which can provide China＇s oil and gas a richer source, and also bring about China＇s oil and gas industry many challenges. As an important part of energy, the oil and gas industry only grasps the ＂the Belt and Road＂ development opportunities, continues to strengthen its strategic cooperation with the oil and gas strategy of countries along ＂the Belt and Road＂, actively optimizes its own energy structure, and actively develops new technologies, at same time takes into account the ＂oil and gas input＂ and ＂oil and gas output＂, it would make the oil and gas industry to achieve a great development.
