摘　　要：目的探讨多学科团队合作的无缝隙护理模式对内镜下曲张静脉套扎术(EVL)后患者的影响。方法纳入2014年1月~2015年12月广州医科大学附属第六医院消化内科行EVL患者100例。2014年1~12月的患者纳入对照组(50例),给予常规护理;2015年1~12月的患者纳入实验组(50例),采用多学科团队合作的无缝隙护理模式。两组均于出院后随访半年,记录在此期间患者依从性、对出院指导服务满意度、再出血率和病死率等。结果实验组患者依从性及对出院指导服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者再出血率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者死亡率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多学科团队合作的无缝隙护理模式能提高EVL后患者依从性,提高患者对医护服务满意度,同时也降低患者再出血率。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team nursing model on patients with liver cirrhosis after endoscopic esophageal varices ligation therapy.Methods This was a retrospective trial.100 patients with liver cirrhosis after endoscopic esophageal varices ligation therapy in Department of Gastroenterology in, the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled.50 patients in 2014 were divided into the control group, and 50 patients in 2015 were divided into experimental group.All patients were followed up for six months after discharge.Patients′ compliance behavior, satisfaction of discharge guidance service, rate of rebleeding and mortality were recorded.Results The patients′ compliance behavior and satisfaction of discharge guidance service in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The rate of rebleeding in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The rate of mortality in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, but there was no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion A multidisciplinary team of seamless nursing mode improves the treatment compliance and satisfaction with medical services and reduces the rate of rebleeding of patients with liver cirrhosis after endoscopic esophageal varices ligation therapy.
