摘　　要：本文着眼重特大交通事故后创伤急救组织的现实需求,分析了事故处理的复杂性和军地联合救治的必要性,进而从立法、制度、技术等方面系统分析了目前军地联合开展创伤急救的困难,在此基础上,本文提出了重特大交通事故军地一体创伤急救模式的构想,并从模式的构建原则、制度硬件建设以及专业训练等方面对其进行了系统阐述,对未来具体的实施工作有较好的指导借鉴意义。This article focused on the practical requirement for trauma care organization after fatal traffic accidents.Firstly, the complexity of serious traffic accident care and the necessity of military-civilian combination rescue are analyzed. Then, difficulties in military-civilian combination rescue are systematically analyzed, including difficulties in legislation, institution, technology, and so on. And on this basis, the paper puts forward an idea about constructing military-civilian combination first aid mode of trauma in major traffic accidents, and systematically formulates from construction principle, hardware construction, and professional training. It will be a good guidance and reference for the future traffic accident rescue.
