防风通圣散加减治疗颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎的临床效果及对血清IgE水平影响

摘　　要：目的探讨防风通圣散加减治疗颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎的临床效果及对血清IgE水平影响。方法选择2015年3月~2017年1月我院收治的80例颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎患者进行研究,按患者的意愿分为对照组和观察组。对照组38例接受常规西医疗法,观察组42例在常规西医疗法基础上添加防风通圣散加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及血清IgE水平。结果观察组的总显效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.06,P<0.05);观察组治疗后促炎因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-8出现显著降低(P<0.05),抑炎因子IL-10出现显著降低(P<0.05),血清IgE水平出现显著降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后DIQI计分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎,防风通圣散加减治疗优于传统常规西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis with hormone-resistance and its influence on serum IgE level.Methods 80 patients with facial hormone-resistant atopic dermatitis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the patients, wishes.Among them,patients in the control group（n=38） were treated by conventional Western medicine therapy,and in the observation group（n=42）,patients were provided with modified Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder besides therapy in the control group.The clinical effect and serum IgE level were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（χ^2=4.06,P〈0.05）.The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly decreased after therapy（P〈0.05）.The level of serum IgE was also significantly decreased in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The score of DIQI after therapy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For facial allergic dermatitis with hormone-resistance,combination of modified Fangfeng Tongsheng powder is better than conventional Western medicine therapy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
