综合护理在老年高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在老年高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年4月老年高血压脑出血患者44例,随机抽取,平均分成观察组与对照组,各22例,观察组患者使用综合护理模式,对照组患者则采用常规护理,观察两组患者住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的住院时间[(20.14±1.53)d]短于对照组[(27.45±2.07)d],护理满意度(100.0%)高于对照组(81.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对老年高血压脑出血患者的临床护理效果十分明显,能够缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者恢复速度,增加患者的满意程度,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Altogether 44 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 22 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing care;while the control group was treated with conventional nursing.The length of hospital stays and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The length of hospital stays in the observation group [（20.14±1.53） d] was shorter than that in the control group [（27.45±2.07） d],the nursing satisfaction（100.0%） was higher than that in the control group（81.8%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has very obvious clinical nursing effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,can shorten the length of stay and improve patients, recovery rate and satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical application.
