摘　　要：随着军事和医疗科学技术的进步,胸部战伤的发生特点和救治能力均发生了变化。我国在近40多年没有经历过大规模的战争,因而可能对现代战伤缺乏直观的认识,或导致战场救治和实际情况的脱节。拟通过查阅、总结伊拉克、阿富汗及其他战争的胸部战伤情况,以及英国、美国等北约国家战地医院的救治经验,旨在为未来战争中胸部战伤救治提供参考。With the advances in medical and military science and technology,the characteristics and treatment of war wounds in chest have been changing. No large-scale war happen in nearly 40 years in China, which can make lack of knowledge about modem war injury,so that lead to battlefield medical treatment divorced from the actual situation. Through access to and summarizing chest wounds in Iraq,Mghanistan and other wars,as well as the field treatment experiences of the United Kingdom,the United States and other NATO countries,this paper aims to provide the references for treatment of chest wounds in future war.
