HPLC法测定复方绞股蓝袋泡茶中橙黄决明素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方绞股蓝袋泡茶中橙黄决明素含量的HPLC方法。方法色谱柱为:Inert Sustain C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min。检测波长为284 nm。结果橙黄决明素与其他组分能较好分离,其在0.042~0.378μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为98.71%,RSD为1.02%。结论该方法测定结果准确、灵敏,可用于复方绞股蓝袋泡茶的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of aurantio-obtusin in Compound Jiaogulan Daipaocha. Methods The operating conditions by HPLC were Inert Sustain C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）, the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphoric acid water （40：60） as mobile phase,1.0 ml/min as flow speed and wavelength 284 nm. Results Aurantio-obtusin can be well separated from other components. Aurantio-obtusin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.042-0.378 μg （r=0.9998,n=5） with an average recovery of 98.71% （RSD=1.02% ）. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive,which may be used for the quality control of compound Jiaogulan Daipaocha.
