精准医学模式下构建和谐医患关系的探讨

摘　　要：精准医学的提出与发展将可能带来医学诊疗模式的重大变革。在精准医学模式下构建和谐医患关系是医学自身发展的必然要求,是深化医药卫生体制改革的形势需要,可以创造医院建设发展的有利环境。精准医学模式下构建和谐医患关系,需要围绕"精准"发力,精简流程,不断改善患者就医体验;精确施治,持续规范临床诊疗路径;精诚沟通,大力推进医患良性互动;精细管理,有效处置医患矛盾问题。The advance and development of precision medicine would bring a major reform of the medical diagnosis and treatment modes. According to accurate medical mode building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is inevitable requirement of medicine-self development,and situation need for deepening reform of medical health system,also can create a favorable atmosphere for hospital construction and development. In order to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship evidenced this mode main measures include：to emphase on people-oriented,to meet demand of patients go to a doctor;to protect the patient＇s privacy,to abide by medical ethics requirements;to strengthen discipline construction to improve the level of medical technology;to obey the rules and regulations,strictly to carry out operation prosses as well by using the arts and humanities to create warm medical atmosphere,effectively to manage doctor-patient contradiction.
