摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德两种药物治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的100例支气管患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均予吸氧、扩张支气管及抗感染等基础治疗,其中对照组予以布地奈德气雾剂雾化吸入,每次100μg,每天3次,连用3个月。观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片10 mg/次,每晚一次口服,连用3个月。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的肺功能指标较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德两种药物治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,可以显著减轻患者的临床症状、提高患者的肺功能,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 100 bronchial asthma patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with basic treatment including oxygen, bronchus dilation and anti-infection. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation, 100 μg/time, 3 times a day for 3 months. The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets 10 mg/time, once a night orally for 3 months, based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The improvement of lung function in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma, which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function of the patients, and is worthy to be widely popularized and applied in clinical practice.
