大黄蛰虫片联合青鹏软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄蛰虫片联合青鹏软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法选择96例于我院就诊的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予甲钴胺片联合红外线治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予大黄蛰虫片口服和青鹏软膏外涂治疗,分别在治疗8周后评估两组间的有效性和安全性。结果两组经过8周治疗后,治疗组对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗有效率为81.3%,对照组治疗有效率为62.5%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);且两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论大黄蛰虫片联合青鹏软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,疗效确切,不良反应低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Dahuang Zhechong pill combined with Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 96 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were admitted in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets and infrared, while the treatment group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong pill and Qingpeng ointment.The efficacy and safety were evaluated after treated 8-week treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment,the treatment effective rate was 81.3% in the treatment group and that of 62.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）; there was no significant adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion It is effective for Dahuang Zhechong pill and Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,and the adverse reaction is low, it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical.
