摘　　要：医疗质量是医院生存和发展的基石，因此，医院需要建立长效管理机制提高医疗质量。本文探讨了某三级综合医院通过构建以医疗安全为核心内涵，以提高医疗质量为目的的质量综合评估模型，以科室为单位定期对重点医疗指标进行考评，多部门参与评估，从多维度持续改进医疗质量，促进医院医疗质量的持续提高。Medical quality is the basis of survival and development of a hospital. Long-term management mechanism needs to be established to improve the quality of medical care. This paper explores the approach to a comprehensive evaluation model based on medical safety and quality in multiple departments, with a view to promote continuous improvement of medical quality in general hospital.
