摘　　要：为了解我国混合所有制医院的发展现状及存在挑战,对混合所有制医院建立和发展的现实背景、政策背景进行了简略的分析,分别从患者需求、混合所有制医院自身发展、投资双方意愿的角度分析了混合所有制医院建立的动因,并运用文献分析法、专家访谈法举例分析了不同办医主体共建混合所有制医院在我国的发展现状。在理论研究的基础上结合重庆医科大学附属第三医院(捷尔医院)的办院实践,发现混合所有制医院在我国的发展存在一定的挑战,进而分别从政策、投资者、监管体系和人才留用方面对混合所有制医院的发展提出了参考性建议。In order to understand the development status and challenges of mixed ownership hospitals in China, the realistic background and policy background of the development of the mixed ownership hospitals were analyzed briefly.Furthermore, from the perspectives of patient needs, mixed ownership hospitals＇ own development and investment intention, the motivations of mixed ownership hospitals were discussed.Through literature review and interviews with experts, the authors also analyzed the development status of mixed ownership hospitals established by different forms of capital composition.Based on the theoretical research and the practice of mixed ownership hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University （Jieer Hospital）, it discussed the challenges in the development of mixed ownership hospitals and provided some suggestions in the aspects of policy, investor, regulatory system and talent retention.
