血浆置换疗法治疗重症银屑病59例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆置换疗法在重症银屑病的应用价值。方法对经过常规疗法治疗无效的重症银屑病患者,采用COBE Spectra血液成分分离机分离患者血液为血浆和细胞成分,将置换液和细胞成分回输,进行连续性血浆置换治疗1~3次。结果 59例患者中,48例(81.36%)获得满意疗效,置换2~3d后临床症状减轻,实验室检查结果(血常规、血沉、肝肾功能)逐渐改善。7例(11.86%)出现不良反应,包括发热、寒颤、口周及四肢麻木、抽搐。结论血浆置换疗法有助于缓解重症银屑病的病情。Objective To observe the clinical effect of plasma exchange（ PE） on severe psoriasis.Methods 47 patients with severe psoriasis who were restricted or failed to control symptoms with corticosteroids and immunosuppression were enrolled.Cobe Spectra Haemanetics blood cell separators was used,prescribing continuous-flow plasma exchange procedure.Results The total effective rate of PE therapy was 81. 36 %（ 48/59）. The side effect was examined in 7 patients,the rate was 11. 86%,including fever,chill,pruritus and convulsion.Conclusion PE helps relieve and stabilize the symptoms,and it is an effective treatment method for severe psoriasis
