膝内侧副韧带损伤诊断与手术治疗进展

摘　　要：内侧副韧带（medial collateral ligament,MCL）是膝关节的主要稳定结构之一,在临床工作中,膝MCL的损伤在膝关节韧带损伤的类型中最常见。MCL是由内侧副韧带浅层（superficial medial collateral ligament,s MCL）、Medial collateral ligament （ MCL ） sprain of the knee joint is one of the most common ligamentous knee injuries, often associating with not only concomitant ligament and meniscus, but even sometimes posteriormedial corner. Regardless of MCL injuries, concurrent ligamentous injuries can undermine the reliability of grading these injuries by qualitative measures. So the degree and type of injuries are the determining factors for the choice of treatment method. Orthopedic surgeons should be familiar with the outcomes of nonoperative and operative treatments of isolated and combined MCL injuries. Proper diagnosis of classification and pattern of MCL injuries is necessary for the choice of operative therapy. In recent years, many new surgical therapies have got satisfied achievement clinically.
