摘 要:运用SAS、SCL-90及自编的大学生就业应对方式问卷,以近500名省属院校大学生为研究对象,采用方差分析、相关分析和多元回归分析探讨大学生就业压力、就业应对方式现状及二者间的关系。结果表明,(1)大学生就业压力存在明显的年级差异,大四学生的就业压力显著高于其它年级的大学生。(2)大学生就业应对方式存在明显的年级差异,大二学生更多地采用积极的就业应对方式。(3)大学生就业应对方式积极程度与就业压力呈负相关,即就业应对方式越积极,就业压力越小;就业应对方式越消极,就业压力越大。(4)大学生就业应对方式对就业压力有显著的预测效应。Using SAS, SCL - 90 and Coping style of Graduates questionnaire, the research object have500 college students, us- ing analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to investigate the situation and relationship of Job- hunting stress of college student and coping styles of graduates. Results show that (1) Job--hunting stress of college student is significant grade differences, senior students' employment pressure is significantly higher than freshman,sophomore and junior students. (2) Coping style of Graduates is significant grade differences, sophomore student's take more positive coping style of Graduates. (3) Coping style of Graduates is negatively correlated with Job--hunting stress of college student, the greater negative coping styles ,the more Jo^-hunting stress, the more positive coping styles, the Job--hunting stress is smaller. (4) Coping style of Graduates have sig- nificant prediction effects of Job-hunting stress of college student.
