摘  要:以南京某建筑群为对象,分析了建筑采用地源热泵的可行性。同时,对地埋换热器进行设计计算,进行热泵机组选型,并对空调系统冷热源方案进行了对比。结果表明,在初投资方面,冷水机组+燃气热水锅炉冷热源方案(方案2)比地源热泵方案(方案1)节省48.6%。在运行费用方面,方案2比方案1节省34.0%。地源热泵方案的费用年值比冷水机组+燃气锅炉方案的费用年值少1.91元/m^2,地源热泵经济性好于冷水机组+燃气锅炉方案,方案1动态投资回收期为6.98年。The feasibility of building using ground source heat pump was analyzed for certain buildings in Nanjing. Meanwhile, design and calculations of the underground heat exchanger and heat pump unit selection were performed, heat and cold sources for the air-conditioning system were compared. Results showed that initial cost of scheme 2 (chiller + gas-fired boiler) was reduced by 48.6% compared to scheme 1 (ground source heat pump). The annual cost of scheme 1 was reduced by 1.94 Yuan/m^2 compared to scheme 1. The economics of scheme 1 were better than scheme 2, the dynamic payout period of investment for scheme lwas 6.98 years.
