摘  要:为了让高速公路在下雪后得以快速通车,将碳纤维材料融冰化雪控制系统应用于高速公路。通过对控制系统的元器件进行详细设计分析,最终确定控制系统由上位监控系统层、PLC控制系统层和设备控制层组成,整体控制碳纤维发热电缆的温度,从而控制融雪速度。结果表明:该控制系统自动化程度高,灵活方便,安全可靠。In order to allow the expressway to be open to traffic again soon after the snowing, the technology of snow and ice melting with carbon fibre cable was applied. Through the detailed analysis of the components, the final control system of the snow and ice melting technology was designed to be composed of the host computer monitoring system layer, the PLC control system layer and the equipment control layer. The temperature of the heating carbon fibre cable was controlled by the three parts as a whole, in which way the speed of snow and ice melting was controlled. The experiment shows that the control system has a high degree of automation, and it is also flexible, convenient, safe and reliable.
