摘  要:综采面支架液压系统的压力损失主要由支架主供液系统的压力损失和支架液压系统的压力损失组成。分析了支架主供液系统和支架液压系统,确定了各项参数,对两部分的压力损失进行理论与AMESim仿真分析,得出综采面支架液压系统的压力损失主要在关键阀上,减小关键阀压力损失对减小支架液压系统的压力损失有事半功倍的效果。The pressure loss of the hydraulic system is mainly composed of the pressure loss of the main liquid supply system and the single support hydraulic system. Firstly, the composition and the parameters of the main hydraulic system are analyzed. Then the two parts of the pressure loss are analyzed by the theory and AMESim simulation. Finally it is concluded that the pressure loss of the hydraulic support system is mainly on the key components, and the decrease of the pressure loss of the key valve has some effect on the reduction of the pressure loss of the whole hydraulic system.
